Overview

Northview Villa offers multiple seperate living areas, with an open plan lay out there is a formal livivng room  flowing through to the contemporary kitchen, with polished floor bards and sand stone features this property is certainly one to be remembered. Complete with a frieplace for the cold winter nights this home offers something for all seasons. The floor to ceiling windows offer a romantic views of Palm Beach and the world beyond, opening up to a gorgeous entertiaing area where you can sit outside for dinner with a bottle of wine watching the sun set in the distance.

A curved staircase takes you down to the main bedroom featuring a walk in wardrobe as well as your own ensuite. It opens up through french doors to your own private outdoor area with picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean to greet you every morning.  Further along the second bedroom also encompasses built in robes with an ensuite, however it also features a beautifully crafterd sunken bath with a window to the inescapeable views. The third and fourth bedrooms are found in a contemporary tree house style tower, offering a unique take on the term beach house – however the undeniable views over Palm Beach and the Pacific suggest undeniably this luxury property is so much more than a beach house. Keeping you at one with nature, in this free standing building that blends with the natural bushland surrounding the house.

Special introductory rate

Low season

AU$1100 per night two to four nights

AU$1000 per night for stays of five nights or more
An additional $50 linen charge applies for each bedroom used.

High season
One and two week minimum stay. Applies to December, January, Easter and school holidays. Contact us for current high season rates.
