The house is situated across 3 levels, offering large spacious living areas that flow out to a gorgeous 18 metre long infinty pool with an adjoining floating observation terrace. This beach-side playground presents polished floorboards, high ceilings and large open spaces joined with floor to ceiling windows. The breathtaking views follow you through the house, celebrating light and space, creating a seamless sense of style and elegance.

The upper level of the house provides the perfect parents getaway where you will discover 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom provides a walk-in-robe, en-suite, office and private terrace – perfect to enjoy a romantic wine with your significant other as you watch the sunset over the ocean. Or better yet, why not enjoy a warm bubble bath in the freestanding bathtub overlooking the ever beautiful Palm Beach; this bath tub has the perfect view. Whilst the middle level allows families and friends to come together with spacious living areas, gorgeous sandstone fireplaces and a modern kitchen. At the bottom level, kids can enjoy their own space and privacy with a games room and no doubt enjoy the ability to escape the adults!

      • AU$1400 per night for 3-4 nights.
      • AU$1200 per night for stays of 5 nights plus.
      • High Season
      • 1 and 2 week minimums of Christmas and New Year periods, school holidays (price on application). Long stay rates available.
      • 3 night minimum outside of the above.
